Heather Ridge Homeowners Association

Heather Ridge is a subdivision of 160 custom homes and duplexes.
The four lakes are catch and release and are stocked yearly.
The subdivision includes a village park. basketball court, benches, and picnic table.
Homeowners are fortunate to enjoy many fine amenities at a minimal cost because the Homeowners Association is administered by a group of homeowner volunteers. The group manages the grass cutting, plantings, fertilizing, pond maintenance, beautification projects, taxes, legal fees, and any interests or concern brought forward by any homeowner.
The Homeowner Association guidelines and rules are set forth by the Subdivision Covenants.
The Association operates through a nominal yearly association fee paid by each homeowner.
Realtor or mortgage underwriters must request information regarding assessments for an address via email at hrhaminooka@gmail.com Requests need to be received at least 5 business days prior to a closing or other paperwork needed from the Association.
Homeowners must be current on all dues in order for paperwork to be released by the Association.
